Tug of war competition won by ‘Star Team’

A show of strength and sheer teamwork marked the Tug of War event held at Chitkara University. ‘Star Team’ comprising first-year hostlers was declared the champion team.

In this game, where you display strength as you pull the rope, you also instill confidence among your team mates that they will take you through.

The game is also known as tug o’ war, rope war, rope pulling, or tugging war. This is a sport that directly pits two teams against each other in a test of strength. In many nations this sports is used as a physical exercise to gain strength.

There were many teams that participated in the event but ‘Star Team’ outshone all with their grit and efforts. Congratulations to the winning team.
