Literary week organised by hostel committee

Hostel committee at Chitkara University organised Literary Week from October 14 to 16, 2014, to enhance the communication skills and confidence of the students.

The competitions organized were ‘60 Seconds’ where the students had to speak on a given topic for a minute. ‘Flipside’ where the participants were given a topic and they had to speak for the notion as well as against the notion till the buzzer rang and ‘Pour Out’ was a story, slogan and poem writing competition where students were expected to pour out the cogitations in the best possible and expressive manner.

The events witnessed a huge participation from enthusiasts from all batches. Tanveer Singh stood first in 60 seconds, Saniya Choudhary bagged the first position in flipside. Overall the event witnessed an enthusiastic participation from our students who explored the orator in them.
