World Tourism Day celebrated with Star Awards at Chitkara School of Hospitality

On the eve of World Tourism Day, Chitkara School of Hospitality, organized Star Awards competition on September 26, 2014.

Students took active participation in different events and show cased their talent and skills in various fields. Chef Harmeet, Executive Chef of Park Plaza, judged chef of the Year Competition. He was very happy to see the innovative ideas of students.

He also shared some of his valuable thoughts with the participants. Mr. Rajan, Senior Faculty from Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management, was the judge for “Server of the Year”. Participants prepared some delicious and refreshing mocktails with some off the beat recipes. Ar. Vaishali Pedram, Associate Prof. at Chitkara School of Planning & Architecture, evaluated the talent of budding housekeepers. She praised the artistic hand of participants who prepared colorful RANGOLI’s.
