All candidates, on successful completion* of the 6 months program will be inducted into 'ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. and would be appointed as an Executive Trainee - Tied Agency (Unit Manager) / Alternate Channels (Financial Service Consultant), in Grade I (or the equivalent grade as applicable at the time of appointment).

*The criteria for successful completion has been jointly decided by 'ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. & the institute and their decision of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. in this regard shall be final.

Designation and Salary

Candidates will be offered the position of Executive Trainee-Tied Agency (Unit Manager) / Alternate Channels (Financial Service Consultant); in Grade I (or the equivalent grade as applicable at the time of appointment) of in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. The role could vary depending on the skill set of the individual being considered. The minimum fixed salary could vary between Rs. 1.75 lakhs per annum to Rs. 3.15 lakh per annum.
